Is he really FBA or is he a featured merchant? Because if merchant, then prob means don't abuse the shipping feature.. But I have no idea.

the thing about FBA is you can put anything for the feedback as long as it doesnt involve shipping time and the feedback will NOT be removed.

maybe their selling their stuff so cheap that ppl are buying em up like hot cakes

It's not feedback, it's their description of the item.

Why else would you put anything like that in the comments? You have NO control over anything once you do FBA.. so that rules out a lot of possibilities right there...

the customer doesnt contact you, you dont ship anything so you hold no responsibility for how long it takes them to get their item, item may be damage in amazon warehouse and they still ship it, again no control over that as the seller... once you do FBA everything is up to amazon and as you can see from warehouse deals amazons own feedback is online 94-95% which most small sellers are at 97-99%

But when you are FBA and they claim shipment is slow or damaged Amzn takes the feedback rating off and says it was fulfilled by them.
