Out of curiosity, how are you getting a different IP for each VM?

I suspect you could have multiple accounts per VM as long as you use different browsers for each one. That would be critical. And yes make sure the IPs are dynamic.

Actually, I believe It's better to have different VMWare virtual machines per Amazon account. Even if you somehow manage to avoid the flash objects that Amazon drops on each machine and other tracking/finger printing, your MAC address is still exposed.

In my opinion it's just cleaner and safer to use a different Virtual Machine for each account... personally this is what has been working for me. Think about it... you make about $600-700 on each account when new, every 28 days, and if you use FBA or pass reviews you actually make 3-4 times that amount or more... so why no just use a different Virtual Machine for each Amazon account?

I just can't see when such a compromise would be necessitated. Play it safe, there no room for compromise with Amazon, as we all know, Amazon is ruthless.

It's like a hot chick that you always wanted to bang.. why bring a friend along....and risk your chances that you didn't have in the first place. Anyways

Also with AZ, they are known for browser fingerprinting so vary up that with your vmware tactics

Hope anyone here can help me answer this question:
in the AZ Ghost Guide mentions to change the computer MAC Address. Should I change the MAC address inside VMware or on Host computer? My host Comp runs Win 7 and I install Win XP on VMware. I'm really confused at this step, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I am a little bit confusse on the first 3 step of the book Amazon Ghost. The book gives you a few options. If I have VMware with a new doogle for internet access. That will take care of the steps 1-3?

DO I need to use SMAC inside the VMware?

Most likely it what you are selling,,,Amazon has made a LOT of incredible changes this year, There are MANY items as Im sure many of you know that are virtually IMPOSSIBLE to sell on Amazon now, where in the past you were able to sell them,,,Now you create an account List one of those "hot List" items and Poooof the account is gone,,,

Short answer: Yes, use SMAC inside of VMware to spoof MAC address of dongle.

Long answer: We spoof MAC address because we want to use the same dongle for other accounts. So we want to keep original MAC of Dongle clean. Why? Some dongles (especially 3G) change IP address every time you plug them in. Am sure you may already know this. But this is important because it means we can create several accounts with one dongle, or get right back if we get suspended. You can only do so effectively if you spoof your MAC address in your accounts each time in VMware, this also allows for easier tracking of MAC addresses used.

Here is a summary based on the information you have provided.
  • VMware takes care of: your browser finger printing i.e flash objects cookies etc, (fresh clean system)
  • Your new dongle gives you a IP address (but it also has a MAC address).
  • So use SMAC to spoof MAC of dongle, so you may be able to use it on multiple accounts or bounce right back in case of suspension.
So it appears you have have everything right now.... VMware, Dongle & SMAC. That's all it takes. and it appears you got that... Oh ya. Almost forgot... one more thing..a set of balls, very much needed...
