Dial up has a cap of 56k, thats why there called 56k modem honestly ive never seen dial up clock more than 15kps speed though, so yea who knows? I dont of any any fast dial up unless you get DSL which works via the same dial up phone port dial does.

How about third generation dial-up a.k.a 3G, such a broadband 3G dongle it's still dial up. The one I have actually has a phone number associated with it. It Changes IP's each time I connect. Spoofed mac address of course. It's like $30/month no contract.

I'm use that right now for my amazon and ebay stealth. It's pretty fast and yeah same as you, got a different ip address everytime I used it. I only use it to list stuff and answer email so I don't need it to be like my cable speed but it's decent enough.

This is like asking for a fast snail. Sorry but all dial-up will be pretty slow :)

What provider and how much data is allowed per month?

3G dongle is not a dial-up - the dial-up kicks in if the 3G network is down. Howver the IP is still dynamic

Its third generation dial up, 3G Still uses phone towers. They have allot of similarities. Its like dial up on steroids. Anyways bottom line is it works.

Dialup, fast. Pick one or the other, they don't belong in the same sentence.

The only time dialup is a viable option is when you are opening overseas accounts. As detailed in Stealth
