Not sure if anybody has discussed this before but for anybody who wants to (or can) take legal action/threaten to take legal action.

"withhold any payments to be made or that are otherwise due to you in connection with the Services or this Agreement for the shorter of: (a) a period of 90 days following the initial date of suspension; or (b) completion of any investigation(s) regarding any Seller actions and/or performance in connection with this Agreement".

Amazon sent me this in one of their emails, wonder if they knew what it even said......means they can't keep money longer than 90 days

From my experience they usually don't keep it past 90 days. What's the issue, are they keeping your money longer?

The only time its taken longer is maybe a failed diposit due to invalid CC etc.

Their policy doesn't say anything about "blocked" or "deleted" accounts. Suspended accounts - it's different and very easy to deal with..
