And since i cannot really send something on Amazon letterhead, its a bit of a challenge...ships are going direct to the FC, so the reciever is Amazon.com,dedc etc..
DHL is still telling me they need something from Amazon - do I just say I am amazon or am I missing something...and yes their is a bounty for helping me with this :-)
I sent some items to amazon FBA, and my account was suspended after I sent them. Amazon still let me get them back though. I just went into my amazon account after they arrived and requested my inventory be sent back to me.
The package has delivered so its educational at this point, but, yes I know we can do a removal with amazon, but they charge 50 cents a pc, plus it wastes time.
I am the sender but not sent with my DHL acct number, we use an agent in Shenzhen.

So someone else sent it on your behalf from another country but you are calling DHL, I presume from the U.S and asking to redirect?
Do you see why DHL would ask for documentation from Amazon? I suspected that someone else had sent it on your behalf, that's why I asked, DHL doesn't like such type of arrangements. You must be the actual sender (or authorized agent on account) to request a redirection, that's DHL policy. So when you call, call as the sender with all the information they need.
The best way I think is to initial a removal just as most people suggest or use and account which you have access to.
