Computer/Phone blacklisted when signup fails?

This may be a stupid question. I understand that a PC, IP, MAC ID and phone of a suspended account will become blacklisted.

However, will any particular PC, MAC ID, IP and phone also be blacklisted as well if a signup failed? I was using an EntroPay VCC for signup and got the Error (2) message and suspect that was why I was unable to create an account.

Would I be able to use either the same MAC ID (router), PC (without cleanup) or phone number again to try to sign up with another VCC?

An Error during signup is not the same as account suspension. If the Error is simply due to invalid payment information, you should be able to simply correct that and proceed with registration. So just an Error (MAC, IP etc) still good. Suspension Everything is done, need new Stealth info.

However, Just to clarify, what type of account are signing up for? Basic, Pro, or Webstore? If you are signing up for Webstore and you get an error that may mean something else.

Agree - signup problem with not blacklist the info. I will say that if you attempt signups too many times (likely 5+), system could freeze you if you are successful so would not recommend trying too many times.

I was trying to sign up for a personal account from Germany. After the phone verification I got the rejection notice with the Error (2) which possibly could have been due to the VCC. I then tried signing up again with the same email address only to be rejected right away. I will try changing the email address but using the same PC / router and same phone.

entropay rarely works with amazon, in the times I have tried the card.

Are you meaning amazon.de?

entropay did not work with amazon.fr ( which annoyed me heaps ).

Keep forgetting about that Entropay use for Amazon: yes it will not work, regardless of platform. Get a different gift credit card or vcc that works.

I tried again with a good VCC that I know works. Nevertheless I got the "Errors (2)" message again during signup. So I guess Amazon saves the IP address and/or phone number that was used previously for any signup attempts. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Also, what VCCs work well on Amazon?

An additional note: I was trying to sign up to amazon.com (not amazon.de) from Germany as a German seller.
