How do you clean an iPad to use for a new ghost account?

I have a new iPad that I would like to use for a new ghost amazon account, problem is I accessed my currently blocked account from it couple times... How do I clean it? Can I do a complete wipe that all apple devices usually have and start from a scratch on it?:help:

You can factory erase it, but you also need a new MAC address, and the only way to get that is if you jailbreak it and spoof the MAC on it after.
