Anyone knows what this mean ? AMAZON A-Z Claim

I got a A-Z claim in AMAZON, the result AMAZON sent me is
"The buyer's claim was granted. We found no reason to believe that you are responsible for this claim, so Amazon.com reimbursed the buyer. Please consider this transaction closed."

What does this mean ? does that mean this A-Z claim will not be counted in my Seller's Metrix ?

Can you paste up the entire message? It is correctly identifying a claim right?

If so, it means that Amazon refunded a buyer and he does not have to return the item. Yes it will be counted in your Seller's Matrix.

I get these a lot of some reason..

What that means is that amazon personally refunded the buyer as you the seller did your part as you were suppose to.

So you are NOT liable for the claim amount as amazon took care of that for you...

If you look at the claim you will see it says AMAZON REFUND or FUND or something like that

All claims unless buyer retracts it counts against you

Deletions and impossible claims

Was your amazon account deleted (not able to sign in)? Usually claims get instantly granted to the buyer if your account is deleted.

No, my account is still active.
It's just my defective rate ramps up, and that's annoying, although AMAZON allows 1% defective rate, yet let's just be honest, 1% is just too stingy for online business especially in AMAZON enrivonment where buyers always have the upper hands.
If my package got delivered in USPS's record, buyer claimed not received, I resend a package with signature confirmation, AMAZON should not refund the buyer and count this into my defect rate. And guess what ? the signature confirmation got delivered and signed by buyer in the same day as buyer file A-Z Claim and been granted ..... This buyer is a PRO scammer, that's just what I have to say and it's so obvious.

I see AMAZON has a new seller rating system rolling up, I really wish it could take over this rediculous, unbalance defective rate scoring system ..... so unfair and unbalance ..
