Amazon Review, does anyone know this
 

This account is Merchant, real address and details, has real card and a gift card too.
My account status is ACTIVE, usually when it is in REVIEW, the status would REVIEW.

Any idea

Yeah. I take it you are a pro merchant? Means that they will hold the money of your sales for 7 days and will then become available for the next disbursement after.

you can get 14 sometimes too

So, do i have to worry about anything of this account? I mean it not like i am getting suspended?

You should be ok to keep on selling stuff. Go at a slow pace and while earning feedback the reserve will eventually go.
