Address, IP and EIN
 

Is it ok to have my stealth address and ein in another state? Will they suspend just becuase you are logging in from another state all the time? Assuming there are no other reasons to get suspended.

MANY members here have been suspended because they logged in from outof state several Times, what would make you think that that is Not risky?

Now that I thought about it and I had an account with a stealth address in one state and my EIN in another state and that account I had for almost a year and was suspended for other reasons.

There are a lot of companies that incorporate in Deleware and Nevada for tax reasons. I think as long as your stealth address is close to your ISP you can give them any address for the EIN.

But some people only incorporate in other states for tax reasons

I think as long as you consistently use IP in same region for the account you will be fine. I have accounts registered in one state, but I always use IP from a different (adjacent) state and it is fine.

That said, if your IP location changes by a lot every time you log in they will limit your account and you will have to call.
