Amazon Buyer Account - VCC

Hi all,

I've been searching the forums and the general internet for an answer for this but can't find one with any level of certainty.

I need to discover if there are any VCC's that have around £5 credit on which I can use for a buyer account. Currently, I'm having to lay down £25 per card - is there a better alternative that anyone knows?

(this is for a buyer account not a seller account btw).

thanks!

Perhps try pm to a seller on this forums for Amazon VCC with 5 pounds to buy. I dont know of a particular VCC that is only 5 pound loadable...perhaps EP? I know you cant use EP for AZ selling but I do admit that I have not tried EP for buying....

Try 3V. Available as vouchers from a high street newsagents. I know you can load as low as £10 but not sure about £5 but I'm sure the newsagents or the 3v website can tell you.

I actually use them for my seller account but no reason why it wouldn't work for just a buyer account too?

This is the problem - They all seem to come either pre-loaded or are not all that cheap.

Setting up a buyer account is much easier than a seller account, just because ama want to reduce the barrier to market for potential spenders so I'm surprised an entropay card doesn't work. Either way, it's a little too expensive for my needs.

Thanks GB for the confirmation - that sucks to hear :(

As for 3v, I hear you - cant load less than a preset minimum...like many gift cards...even here in Canada, many cards have $25 minimum. I would suspect that sellers here have access to nice 5 pound or less VCCs but...again the cost is higher than the card itself in all likelihood

I'm not understand why you are doing this? Create buyer account for feedback ?????????

Tony if you think about it...Amazon...tough to get feedback sometimes for accounts...I see the reasoning...not always recommended but hey, experimentation is nice.

If for feedback, there is a cheaper and easier way to do it.

Good guess, although not correct. So it doesn't sound like they're around.. :(
