Basically cos most people get greedy, make mistakes and they are deleted or suspended. Yes I have stealth accounts many years old. Lots of people are new and think they know better and then bye bye,

Welcome to the forums. So the Cashplus card itself has never been used for Amazon, right? Just the name on the card? If so - that's fine...you should be able to receive deposits in different names.

3v card is used as credit card - keep an active balance on it
