So, the call is made and if there is no answer, they might look at a few other pieces of information and make a decision. Usually, that decision is to delete the account, which is exactly what happened in your case.
Now, they will not even discuss the account with you AND they will keep any money they were holding for you.
If your account was just suspended, then you would still be able to log in, issue refunds and take care of any customer issues - you just couldn't list any new items for sale. In that case, after 90 days you would most likely get any money that was in your seller account.
The other difference is that a suspension can be appealed and a deletion cannot.
It would be best to try to figure out what went wrong and move on. Sometimes that can be difficult, but if you are able to do so it will help in the future. |
