Raising Seller Rating
I have an account that has gone down to a 0.95 rating, all from email response time being over 24 hours. 1 an actual customer enquiry/return that was a few hours over the time and the others from stupidly forgetting to not tick the 'no response needed' box with thank you emails and messages that required no response.
Am I just to wait the 3? months out for it to rise back up and continue as normal?
or add some of the lower value stuff to try up the numbers - although this sounds the best option I didn't want to risk any product links by doing this.
is 0.95 all that bad overall and have no real worries with the issues only falling into the 'minor' issue catagory. Account has 100% feedback and no other issues other than the recent response times noted above.
