Banned from amazon: Adult material
 

Ok. I was blocked for selling under 'sexual wellness'.


I removed all of the products, and I appealed, yet I'm still getting a 'canned' response from Amazon

"Hello from Amazon.com.

Thank you for writing your account that was recently blocked.

We took this action because your items are prohibited. As per our Policies, sexual aid devices and "adult-only" novelty items that are primarily sold through adult-only novelty stores and erotic boutiques are restricted to preapproved sellers. "

Mmmm. OKAY-

-Miffed.--they are holding 2K of my money. I can't ship out orders unless they PAY ME (I drop ship) should I send out another appeal or just s go stealth?

- If I was you I will refund all the order that I haven't ship yet.

Some of them are shipped, some are processing to be shipped and I'm waiting on tracking #'s. I'm still getting emails from some customer's I'm replying to.

I appealed already. I'm just responding to emails still from seller performance- and they said they may not reply.

1. Go stealth
2. Dont have ANY links to this account - let it be by itself for 90 days.
3. If ANY links are seen by Az or even a NOTION, you could have your accoutn deleted - it is possible - then no money for you.

Many posts about this - for sake of your FINANCIAL SAFETY, do what Tony said - anything NOT shipped...should not be shipped

- If you got the 90 days email then you should get pay after 90 days.
- Which order in process and wait for tracking number. Just provide those when you get them
- Any orders that un-ship or have not start the drop ship process yet. It depend on you if you want to ship or cancel them.

After all this, just let the account sleep for 90 days to get pay and don't do anything stup!d on the account to avoid being delete.

Ok. The orders that are in process to be shipped that give me tracking # I will update when the #'s come in to maintain the account.

I sent in another plea to amazon but I doubt they will care...they got their 2grand already which I doubt I will see in 90 days and I will get A-Z claims on regardless of whether the order got sent out or not (sigh)

I will wait for the other orders to cancel out. If I cancel them and there is a snowballs chance in hell for Amazon to reinstate my account they will count against my metrics and that will kill me if I get reinstated.

Someone on the boards said the process could take a few weeks if Amazon decides to reinstate me by the grace of god (right).

You still worry about the metric of this account? It's gone.

But best of luck on getting this account back if you let those un-ship orders sitting there and doing nothing.

I'm updating them with tracking #'s when I get them of the ones I have the tracking #'s on- the one's I don't- I'm canceling. I'm waiting until the end of the week to hear something back from Amazon and if I don't- happy canceling party for me :)

Fact: If they already denied your appeal once you are done.

Fact: Waiting to cancel orders that should ship only increases your risk of getting your account deleted. As Tony stated you need not worry about matrix at this point.

Opinion: Pushing the appeal will annoy the minimum wage warriors reviewing your account and risk getting it deleted.

Opinion: Wait 90 days and collect your money. Move on and start a new stealth account.

If you are going to start again, you had better understand from the begining there are strict methods to avoid getting linked.

Why, any suggestions?

Adult items are hard to sell, as I have a strict policy with them *NO RETURNS* (as come on, now, they *ARE* adult items- people have a high tendency for fraud with them- and using them, and returning them, etc- which is just plain nasty...so I gotta be careful)

But the revenue is high, same as electronics with them...and I've been in the adult industry since 1990 so it's an easy transition for me (and I know where to get the product cheap)

---they aren't going to give me my money in 90 days- I had another acct and they filed a ton of A-Z claims on it and somehow I ended up owing them 200.00. They will FIND a way to NOT give me my money. I KNOW this. Unless I get my account re-instated and try to get my 2K...I can kiss it goodbye. I'm going to try. Even if I annoy them I tried to appeal one last time...then I will go stealth and just start slow. I think what flagged the account is that I made 2K in 2 weeks. ;)

Yea, the major profit seems like having your own website. I use to sell adult dvds till the stream sites popped up. I am going to start selling the toys in a few weeks. Ebay??? I must have to do research on that, didn't see too much on there as far selling adult goods other than what they tell you. I see s few china website:rolleyes: that sell adult goods. Might be a good test for some legit adult goods. 2k in 2 weeks, slow that horse down baby:juggle:

All the advice given already. I think you need to search and learn more how Amazon system work to stay selling on the website. :surrender::surrender:

Yeah I see some Thai sites that sell stuff but I wonder about their quality and if they are knock offs

Which ones? Alibaba? DHLgate? I'm willing to try anything to keep my income flowing (another pun...)

Ebay you have to sell in Everything Else: Adult:-specific category
then usually Fixed Price- I wouldn't recommend auction as you won't get anything decent for anything as people want to pay 1.00 for a 200.00 item (cheap a**es)

(that's US mind you, not sure for any other country...I know UK is different, and Canada this category doesn't exist)

Well, I got frustrated.
I think that did it.

I got a customer email and an email from Amazon on an order shipment.
I was tired of being cordial.

I sent an email back.

Amazon-
Why don't you tell the customer the *TRUTH*
that you canceled and suspended my account PERMANENTLY- and are witholding my funds for 3-4 months- perhaps PERMANENTLY so I CANNOT fill this order for the customer?

FOR NO REASON???
