| helpmelol | 09-22-2013 02:39 PM | Mini laptop ? Hey,
My Amazon account was suspended a while ago. I've bought a new laptop & changed my IP, so I can start selling again. The laptop was 800Euros, but I didn't purchase it specifically for selling on Amazon.
But there's a chance that I get suspended again. I'll need a new laptop if that happens.
Can I use cheap mini laptops/notebooks to sell on Amazon? They are like only 80 Euros or something. Those small 7 to 10 inch laptops.
Is that possible? I think it would be a cheap and quite good option. It's better than spending 800 Euros every time you get suspended :D. |
If you have a new IP and new all-other-info, I would not see why not. They would work fine if you have a good browser.
New phone number too |

New name (father's)
New bankaccount (father's)
New address (PO box, I hope this works with Amazon?)
New e-mail
New IP
New credit card (prepaid)
I guess a new laptop is all that's left. I do have a new one, but I mainly use it for school, so there is a chance that I leave it behind in my locker, and I think that would be risky, especially if it is weekend (can't accept orders for 2-3 days, and I think this will result in a suspension if it happens a few times). |

If you want to keep it separate from your current laptops hard drive, just buy a new hard drive, install an OS on it and pop that in when you want to do Amazon
Will costs a lot less. |
| helpmelol | 09-22-2013 03:54 PM | Re: Mini laptop ? Well, uhm, I don't know a lot about computers :p.
Completely unrelated question:
My desktop computer does start, but my screen doesn't receive an ''input signal''. I opened my computer and cleaned it, but it still doesn't show anything. Not even the blue screen (windows computer, I am currently using my macbook).
We did receive a letter from our internet provider about a week ago, in which was stated that one of our computer was infected with some kind of a virus. Zero Access or something.
Edit:
D'OH! Forgot to state the actual question.
Question: what's the problem and how do I fix it? :p
I purchased a new display screen & anti-virus package 2 weeks ago and my computer crashes... My luck... |

Will costs a lot less. | How much you figure a good hard drive will cost then...interesting point JamesNorth |

Does the trick nicely. I keep 10 user accounts to each hard drive and have a couple of laptops. Never need to be logged into more than 2 or 3 accounts at a time, also stops any potential slowing down of the computer. |
| helpmelol | 09-22-2013 07:14 PM | Re: Mini laptop ? Hey,
I use my macbook as my main computer. But I don't want to change anything, as it is quite new and I don't want to lose my warranty.
But my desktop computer crashed. It does start, but no signal is send to my computer screen. I think this might be a hardware / drive problem? So I guess it's best if I replace the hardware on my desktop instead of my macbook as it is already crashed and a few years old.
BUT I don't know what to buy/replace. It is a Packard Bell computer and I use Windows Vista on it. Which type of hard drive (if there is any type) should I buy? Could you give maybe give me an Amazon link or something? :help: |

Look in your local papers for a computer shop.
Phone them and ask them about a hard drive and your other issues.
If you do not know what to do to solve problems, you can make more.
Try that.
Good Luck

@helpmelol, time to take your computer to a local service shop. Try to look for cost vs. value so you don't overpay. Best of luck | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:07 AM. | |
