When to give amazon your info?

In the stealth guide I purchased, they reccomend do not put in your bank account number until you are sure that the account will not be blocked.

This is a good reccomendation so you do not "waste" a good account number.

Can this also be done with other fields, such as address? That way you would not "waste" a good address?

You could try that as well

You will need to use an address when you sign up so...have to use a stealth one, unlike bank, which you dont always need at signup

If your sign up address does not match the bank or corporate address, does that cause a flag?

No - YOUR address does not have to match the bank's address - you don't live at the bank, do you?

Pretty sure they mean the address "on file" with the bank.

Unless they are rich and actually own the bank

@Phd, hah I was just being sarcastic but yes, the address on the file at the bank for the account does not play a part with Amazon info.
