Other option is to have the expiry date in the excel file of all your details.

Best to be prepared .

I have used the Outlook e-mail feature on setting dates and warning me 2 weeks in advance too haha - so many options

I used VMware for each account
For each account I have the following information just right on the desktop background picture. I used Big and Bold letter for easy to see

- Name of the account
- Email (login email account)
- Password
- Phone number
- MAC address
- CC info
- On the desktop just have the Browser icon ONLY for this account

All the information is right there in front of you :)

There was a user way back who made this information the WALLPAPER of the user account....very nice way to have all the info right in front of you :thumb:
