This account was about three weeks old. I had 12 positive feedbacks. All info new including new EIN for LLC. I was selling one item the same but added 20 other items. This one item was FBA and was something I was selling on a recently banned account. The item was not a red flag item for phakes. I believe that there needs to be a wait period for selling the same item and you shouldn't just open another account and sell the same item right away even though people said it is fine as long as you add other inventory and use a different city. Also IP location may have played a part, it was the same as the suspended account.

Does the Manufacture allow the item to be sold by NoN Manufacture approved sellers on online marketplaces such as Amazon, a complaint by the manufacturer about you to Amazon may be your issue here, it has been known to happen

I think selling same item FBA is different. I think the ration has to be 10 to 1 FBA items. I only had 1 FBA (which was the same item) and 20 other seller fulfilled items. All was well, they received my items and they were selling and then boom deleted account

I'm surprised they did not wait for me to add bank info, I'm glad I didn't burn a bank account. Now the problem us getting my inventory back. IS there any chance I can get the items shipped back or am I wasting my time

Well that is good news at least. I would never add a bank account within the first 30 days. You need to first start selling some things first, get a balance going, make sure everything is okay, etc. I waited a solid 6 weeks on my last account.

Good rule of thumb. However, it depends on the balance. On one account I had nearly $3000 and didn't want to keep putting it off because I was using mismatched names on bank account.

Such a high balance without letting some amount get disbursed...sigh would have rotated sales to other accounts

It was from a single item. I know I should have raised the price to get less sales.Everything worked out OK though and the account is thriving. However, in the future I will take it slower.


I have heard that only deposits over $5000 trigger a manual review of the name.

While I can see the logic involved, I havent heard this...but I do admit that my single sale of an item has not gone over $999 - and deposits are max 1k when done

No, rsot this is not what Kelly remotely means.

Kelly was asking about BANKS checking transactions if amounts are $5000 or more.

Previous threads have spoken about this when Kelly was having serious banking issues.

I see - then would be quite dependent on the bank although for CERTAIN >$9999 deposits would have a form to be filled for source of cash
