all amazon accounts shut down.. why?
 

I had 5 different ebay accounts that i bought from this forum and I just took all the info (vcc, address ect) and made stealth amazon accounts with them. I have separate user accounts and mobile hotspot for using these amazon accounts.

I didn't even start selling on any of them yet a day later I get a message from amazon saying:

We are writing to let you know that we have removed your selling privileges.

We took this action because our records indicate that this account is related to another selling account that was closed by Amazon. Once selling privileges have been removed, sellers are not allowed to establish new accounts.

What did I do wrong here, I got my real amazon account shut down years ago on the same computer.. could it be that I need a brand new computer? I did reinstall the Operating system also..

Probably linked you. Amazon is a total different beat from ebay. You need to take WAYYYYY more precautions with amazon that ebay doesn't even know about.

Amazon's technology is more advanced than eBay's. They use browser fingerprinting and other methods to detect stealth accounts.

You need to clean the OS (format: Amazon is know to keep info on the computer, even when you think its clean) or get a virtual OS altogether if you must use the same user account or machine.

Everything must be different. But you do not have to go as far as getting a new computer/router/modem...yet.

Check out Jeff's info about the browser fingerprints.
Switch it up so you do not look like the same person. I would suggest Vmware.

Also, switch up your inventory so you are not selling the same/similar items as the previously banned accounts. You can read around to find a selling ratio.

@moeweezy, what kind of a VCC did you use? The ones that expire quickly? Or has a sum on it for future use...Az does test charges on the credit card on file and can delete an account if charges fail.

It's very technical setting up new Amazon accounts and takes a lot of practice. You may loose 50 accounts before you get.

The main thing is new ip address new operating system, someone already said about vmare, do some research with it, if you have not bought Amazon Ghost i suggest you do. The most important thing of all is the credit card, Amazon hate the pre paid ones there are a few out there that do work a treat though, read the forum it is all there telling you how to do it.

So amazon is 1 user account per machine? What if you format system and reinstall? No good?

Amazon accounts require a lot of practice. As somebody said, a good credit card is key. They frequently put random pending charges to make sure the card is real.

AZ is on the rise right now and is really picky about who sells therefor they implement all kinds of things. Where eB is actually struggling and trying to bring sellers back. AZ is much sneakier on there detection methods.

Now is not a good time to be making new stealth accounts because of this time of year. I'm waiting for mid/end Jan and they should loosen up the controls a little and it will make it easier to create new stealth accounts, not that creating new AZ stealth accounts is ever easy...

I disagree with this.

Anytime is still a good time to make new account. If you have time for it, just do it and let the account sit or list a bunch of low risk item with high price and wait. When you got time to sale your own products you already have an age account to sale.

I say that because everyone knows AZ are on the cull movement at the moment, its even been media reported as they get even more sensitive around this time of year as do ebay and whilst there is no harm in trying, I personally dont want to burn a good bank account or VCC for the sake of it. Rather id try and give each new stealth account I create the best chance its got.

What in the world makes you think that the person who sold you these Ebay Accounts, didn't also use the same information for Amazon?,,,,You act surprised that your accounts got Linked???,,,Really???,,,It must have come as Quite a Shock to you,,,
