Question Planning To Appeal - Do It Now Or Wait ?

I was suspended 10 months ago and I'm now planning to appeal.

From what I can gather, It appears that AMz are ruthless with deletions and suspensions nearing the Christmas holidays - But does this also apply to appeals submitted nearing the holiday period ??

Should I appeal now or would i have a better chance of success if I wait until after Christamas ?

Anyone have any success being reinstated at this time of year ?

10 Months is quite a while to wait...
But I dont think at this point it matters when to appeal.

If you feel your chances are good, shoot them a message.

I assume you have been paid on any monies owed to you?

If so go for it. Account will not be reinstated or the bots would have done that already. But it will be a good learning experience for you.

More than likely account will be deleted with no notice after you appeal. Report back what happens.

How long were you suspended ?

Yes monies were paid after 90 day's.

@Tony - I think the timeframe for the appeal is 14 days.
I appealed within that time but they wrote back wanting to know what steps I would take to prevent the issue re occuring, But I had already addressed the steps to prevent reoccurence in the first appeal - It was almost like they hadn't even bothered to read the appeal !

After that I just left it alone. Unaware about stealth practices at the time, I opened another in a family members name ( Same address ). 5 weeks later linked but not deleted and paid after 90 days.

I was suspended for like 2 days.

When you get a reply for steps and you provided something already that means they did not like what you provided the first time around.
