Can we get money from deleted accounts?
 

Hi,

I got 2 deleted accounts over the last week. Now both were on the same laptop.

Last time I was deleted was 1.5 years ago.

I messages amazon thought seller performance email they confirm that they have restricted my access for acc and I will be paid after 90 days to the bank I added.

Second acc was deleted, no bank added. So I will need to contact them.

I want to start working on my deleted acc from the past.

How about acc deleted 3 years ago? Can we get access?

If so how?

I had a smooth run up until now.. :(

It sounds like you actually have one DELETED account and one SUSPENDED account.

When an account is DELETED, you cannot log in and Amazon will not want to communicate with you.

When an account is SUSPENDED, Amazon restricts your ability to sell and you can still log in. After 90 days you will get your money.

Can you get money on the DELETED accounts? Probably not. The only people I have heard of that had success in obtaining money from deleted accounts got an attorney involved.

sorry to hear that, but once an account is deleted there is almost no chance of getting your money back

If your accounts were legit and you had a lot of money then you may want to get legal help in getting your money back.

I'm chasing all my past deletions first! Will see a lawyer too

Please be informed that due to your poor performance on our Amazon Platform your selling privileges and the access to your seller account has been denied. Your remaining funds will be held up until 90 days in case any A-Z Guarantee Claims or Refunds for your recent orders would be raised and they will be released afterwards to your bank account you have registered with your seller account.

This is the part I don't understand. When Amazon DELETES an account, they usually don't send an email, or notify you in any way - you simply cannot log in one day. Maybe this has changed?

But if they sent you an email saying you will get the money in 90 days, then you probably will.

Could you also confirm which amazon platform you are using.

That info will help with getting facts regarding the issue.

Make sure any new accounts remained UNLINKED to these ones - very important or you risk deletion.
