Counterfeit or Banned items notice
I received a performance notification from Amazon that said someone reported that I am selling counterfeit or unauthorized items, yada yada, it looked like a basic form letter. They encouraged me to review customer communication, feedback etc...
I do not sell counterfeit products or any item that could be considered counterfeit. I also have 100% feedback and no correspondence with customers accusing me of this and no A-Z claims against me on this account.
Obviously, someone emailed Amazon direct and reported me about this. I think I know who it was and it is a competitor who had a monopoly on a specific item that I now sell.
Any suggestions on how to handle this? I wrote a very good response to Amazon but I am wondering if anyone else has had experience or suggestions on how to deal with this.
