Account review over?
 

So our account is currently under review with the rolling reserve.

A few minutes ago our account went from a negative balance to a positive balance due to disburse on our normal disbursement schedule. Does this mean that we passed the review or just that we have enough in our reserve to cover the 14 day order history?

I'm really hoping that this is a good sign. Thoughts??

No, you not pass the review as of yet. You will received an email when your review is done

Thanks Tony. I kinda had that feeling. But the account is back in the positive and on the normal disbursement schedule so I feel that's a good sign.

try and get feedback for the sales you have had so far and hopefully this will speed up the review for you

We have gotten 18 feedback so far since the review started. I thought it might help speed things up, but I'm guessing that without actually appealing the review (which we are not going to do) you just have to wait out the 28 day review period.

Every review I have been through seems to have taken exactly 1 month (right up to the 30 or 31 days) never a few days more or less it seems to be bang on 1 month. I have started to not panic too much, but if it goes past a month. I would start your next plan of action.

You will receive a notification on your account that you will have to read/open that states your account has been re-instated....it's a nervous time opening such emails entitled...important information about your account....gulp!
