Amazon nationwide e saver issue

Hi,

I was banned last year on Amazon and was using a nationwide flex account. I have now created a new amazon account but have attached a nationwide e saver account to it. The e saver had different bank account and sort code to my previously banned nationwide flex account.

Problem is I did a transfer (from my husbands account) to the new nationwide e saver account and it goes straight to my nationwide flex account which is linked to my old banned amazon account.

Is amazon going to link me straight away or as it has a different bank account and sort code will I be ok?

It might mean that nationwide e savers are a no go for amazon accounts .

Think I may have been really flipping stupid here!

:help:

Sorry it's confusing but it was strange to see money that was sent to an e saver account appear in my flex account (bare in mind different sort code and account no

Especially when that account has been banned on amazon. I haven't had a payment from amazon yet so there may be time and chance to change my bank details.

I used an e saver once and also asked I think nationwide and they said cannot accept any outside payments and when added to amazon the payment bounced

seems strange yours has worked

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I haven't had an amazon payment yet I just transferred a small amount from my husbands bank account to my e saver and it appeared in my flex account.

So alarm bells went off when I realised this might happen when amazon sends payment through. Hopefully it will just bounce and I can change the bank info

Do you think they can connect the two banks accounts though. I'm hoping not as different bank account number and sort code?

As long as bank account numbers are different, that is all that is needed to avoid connection.

Once the payment hits your bank Paypal can't see anything
