You can avoid it by having MULTIPLE accounts and rotating

Rethink those thoughts.

For starters, you are earning money so you pay taxes.

paypal does the tax asking. paypal have asked for ID at the measly amount of $5000.....

Multiple accounts help. If you use amazon you need to look at all options since you appear to have selling limits.
