VPN Proxies etc. is not the best solution.
As many people might login to Amazon via that VPN / Proxy.
You have to use an IP that is not used too much or not blacklisted (my University VPN for example works very well).
Changing IP via Router is still the best way but some can't do it because their ISP assigned them a fixed IP.
Besides, Proxys (webproxys) are easy to be detected, whereas it is harder for VPN to be detected.
Be aware that Amazon might use Flash Cokkies etc. to detect you REAL IP.
Use appropriate Browser settings to avoid that. There are many sites where you can check what your browser settings reveal. You will be amazed !
