Missed Amazon Call
 

Bought some Amazon gift cards the other day. One gift card order was still pending, so I guess they wanted to call and confirm.

Missed the call and few minutes later, got an email that account is on hold.

I try to log-in, no go. They went full retard on me and blocked access. I couldn't believe as I had pending orders in my Seller Account and I use Amazon Payments for a lot of my purchases, not to mentioned a 15k combined balance between Amazon gift cards and Amazon Payments balance.

So a HU I guess, as all 3 accounts are sort of interlinked. I assume if you get deleted/blocked on one end, you get screwed on all 3 accounts.

Ugh mercurial - sorry to hear - I have had issues that affected my Seller account AND it knocked out my buyer account so I can imagine that all this crap is related...any more plan of action to get this mess sorted? Really sad to hear.

Amazon doesn't like it if up you buy too many gift cards too quick... When buyers sccount gets deleted, seller account goes with it

When seller account went done, the buyer account couldnt stay active either - example...orders got cancelled and got issues with anything I ordered.
