Amazon Pending Order Problem
 

Hello guys,

I have a month year old amazon account ( not stealth). Recently my sales increased as i started to selling more variety of items.

Yesterday I noticed that, I had 4 pending orders. And today this number increased to 10!. I didn't think this could be coincidence. I called my friend from a different state and she placed an order from my account. Although, she got her confirmation e-mail saying that the seller received your order and prepared shipment the order is still in pending orders.

what do you guys think is going on? And is there anything I can do??

it just standard email to all customers..recieved and prepared.. not confirmation of it being dispatched.

Not much to do - wait for orders to clear (could be delay in credit card processing or something) - I wouldnt really panic.

Are your items risky?

thanks for the reply guys... I sell in Health and Beauty on Amazon so i dont know how risky this category is considered but I e-mailed them and as soon as I did orders dropped down to unshipped orders. That was very strange

Orders will be canceled if dont pass in usually 3-4 days , sometimes more, sometime less. Not something so strange. Sometimes it it is the amazon system which delay and then all orders will appear to be purchased at the same time, same minute, but this wont take 2-3 or more days like your case. Just wait, nothing to worry so far.
