I get dealt an IP address from my ISP that someone else was suspended on?

No not at all.I was curious with all the people being banned that sooner or later someone has to land on bad IPS

It's a linking factor.. it's not dead in the water you're banned though.

Can you get a different IP? Just lot of options are better than using a suspended IP that you know of...
