Was looking to creating a new account also. Have not tried a new recent one yet...

Was a bit concerned with all the talk of the new ID requirements.

Do Amz always need a passport or driving licence now?

If the new rules are similar to how a verified and limitless PP set-up works, then it is still all good. Not sure though if it is the same with Amz...

amazon now requires a passport ID, which in my opinion you are no longer stealth. Plus you only get one shot.

The only way is to get a vps located in uk and open an account..infact im going to try to open a uk account tonight and lets see what happens

no matter which country ip u use , if u register in amazon.co.uk have to provide passport

Vps has nothing to do with providing a passport. The days of easy uk stealth are gone.

Surely don't take this long to verify the account? I got email Tuesday from amazon .
Tuesday they write to me,"in process reviewing docs"

My other acc didn't require any photo or bill proof. Only micro deposit .
