Sent an email from unsuspended account
 

So my main amazon account got suspended. this time I was ready for it giving our experience from eBay.

I still wanted to give it a try as it was a performance related issue and sent jeff@amazon.com an email.

Accidentally I sent the email both from the suspended and a good standing ghost account.

the email included certain order numbers which caused me higher ODR.

so i think they will link the accounts but i just wanted to ask for your opinion if i have even a little bit of hope that it will be fine?

Depends on whether they use your email address to look up your account info :pout:

Best to start getting other backup accounts going immediately

UPDATE:

they have emailed the actual suspended account back saying its a permanent action etc etc.... but the other account seems fine as of this second.

got an reply from the actual suspended account. but the other account ( which i accidentally sent the email from) is still running.

now I find this very very very strange.

Not that strange - you might have avoid problems for now but don't repeat
