Using a VBA and Amazon

I am going to use a Vanilla visa card to start my Amazon stealth account. But what i want toknow is if I attach and VBA to the Amazon account and the account gets burnt will I lose the cash also since it's not my real Bank account?

Can I add a new bank account during the account suspension period (The funds will be held for 90 days), so I am hoping at the end of the 90 days the fund will be dispersed to the new bank account that I updated on my seller profile during suspension.
