I made the account in less then 2 weeks.

It is a professional account with a LLC based in NJ.

Company was formed in February.

and I sell in Health and Beauty category.

Finally, I used only FBA so far.

I've complained to amazon about this issue they whenever i do they say it will be forwarded to some special department. my guess is if they get enough complaints they will check it. Perhaps they are testing it out. I miss that button :(
