Can i list a 50 dollar as first stealth account item
 

I want to list this item on amazon it retails for about 50 bucks


I know the general rule for ebay is to start small or you will get the doomed mc999.
But is this the case with amazon?I will list this item and then wait for couple days before listing again until I get a feedback from the buyer

Amazon is even MORE strict than ebay
and a 50 dollar 1st item could get you DELETED. :rip::rip:

Its best to just start with like something around 2-10 dollars.

Since amazon is so limited and you only get 40 items before you account dies(i wont add a ein) at what point can one add real items ( items over 50 buck).

Who told you this rubbish.

You can sell what you want, but go slow, list the item sell it, push for feedback and you will be fine

As Micky H indicated, there really is no 'limit' per say - that 40 item limit I think you might have confused with the Pro-Seller account selling deal - 40 items for 39.95 (I think it was last time I checked) - you can still sell more for other per-item-fee

For Amazon Pro plan you can sell as many as you want. Amazon suggest if you are selling more than 40 item per month you should use pro plan. If this is your sealth account go slow listing too. It is also depend what you are selling. I listed 1000 books in a month.

Just be smart with the velocity of your selling and your account won't "die". If what you are selling will not get you in trouble, you can keep the account running as long as you do not sell too fast and also get some good feedback

What I was referring to was the prompt from Amazon that asks the seller to submit a SSN after the 50 transaction mark.
How long do you have before they close the account because no SSN is submitted?

They don't close your account, just suspended. You can sale again next year.
