computer finger print?

I read the ghost it mentions something like Amazon will take record of your browsing histories, cookies installed etc...

But will it record your "connected" devices? MAC addresses for printer? your wifi network? The version of the windows and offices including their registeration details (i.e. activation key) , so they know that if 2 pc has the same copy of windows installed, it will be linked...
