Received email from Amazon; ''Selling on Amazon'' verify
 

Hello,

I received an email from Amazon Europe.
They ask me to set up an ''Selling on Amazon'' account if I want to continue to sell on Amazon, they're talking about some European law or something which forces them to do so.

So I guess this is a ''general'' update and all of you are required to do so as well?

I have one concern;

They want me to verify the information I entered... But I use a stealth account.

The bank account etc. I have access to, but they want me to verify the address as well (by just clicking ''yes, correct address, save''). But will they be sending some kind of document to that address with a code I need to enter on Amazon or something? Because I don't have access to that address..

Requirements changed earlier in the year.

ID is now needed on most EU platforms.

No they will not send anything to your adress.

Just enter something.

They MAY ask for additional documents (utility bill) later on though ... :pout:

I didn't register as a business on Amazon, but I have to select VAT details as well?
(Agree with their terms).

Is this standard as well? Talking about Amazon UK :).

I hope someone can help, I don't want to do anything stupid :( .
