I have set up a new address at our local UPS store which I will use for incorporation and our billing address etc. My question is, if I'm using FBA and I still have UPS pick up the shipments from my house or can Amazon figure that out? My suspended account is under my home address.

Thats a great thread. Got banned recently as well. I will change the address shortly so I am not worried about that. But honestly I will be more happy to send all that crapp directly to Amazon.
Amazon can easily check (manually) if an address is UPS...also, keep in mind...that if accounts have used the address in the past (other people's accounts), that could also trip up the system. Just worth noting
