New EU Rules- Disbursement Rules?
Hello,
Had one account get the new rules, entered information, All fine.
Disbursement page after this shown the full disbursement as being processed, Great!. Also saw this as being correct on new info screen that once completed, the disbursements May be requested like before, rather than the 14 days wait.
Despite the full amount being shown before as on its way to be bank (as above), its now changed. Around a 1/3 of he cash had been cashed out on that date (rather than 100% as it stated before).
I can also now request a disbursement of the remaining cash, but only for another 1/3. with the remaining 1/3 being locked as per the previous 14 day wait time.
Upon clicking forthcoming payment schedule to check what was going on with this, the page came up blank.
Anyone else had a similar situation? is this just a temporary wait time until the previous funds in the account were disbursed under the old 14 days rules, before new information was entered.
If the full 14 day wait time was still active it wouldn't let me request disbursement and just do it auto on the date like previously. Has me confused.
