Problem with TAX And VAT NUMBER
 

Hi to all, i have a question:




i bought the ghost guide, but i have a trouble:

i was suspended on amazon the last month, i have a regular comanpy and VAT number etc.. (but is already used on the old account)

I am italian, so i can't open a new company with vat number etc. (Here the costs are around 10k € At year only to open the new company...)


if i make a stealth account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information like name etc. i can't insert my VAT number, so amazon can't bill mefor intrastat etc. (VAT at 15%)

but when i sell an object there are problem if i bill the product with my real company?

i think yes, if the GDF (Italian HMRC) do a review, i can't show them the bill of amazon services. and the information on amazon account aren't the same.

Can you not use a 'trading as' name?

In Italy there are'nt nothing like DBA.
