vps for using an US amazon account
 

I read something about VPS (Virtual private server). It is said when you use VPS log on your amazon account, you won't be tracked. It make you a brand new virtual computer in US (say the VPS located in US). Anybody tried this VPS stuff?

I am using it. I just open new stealth account and I sold one item also. Only thing make sure that IP address match with your Postal address. Mean if you live in New jersey than you have to get static IP address of New Jersey. Otherwise it is good idea to use VPS.

I used VPS with CA and FL IP address, and registered accounts with stealth info from NY and OR, still going good.

Tracked? Why do people say "Can a website track me?"

Of course if you visit a website you are immediately tracked and placed in their server logs. If you happen to login to an account on that website, well, it connects you to that account and tracks you further. No matter where you go online, there is a log of your actions.

A virtual private server is a computer in a datacenter (for the most part) in which you can control to access the internet for you.. it's fine for Amazon. You're still being tracked but it's as if you were the VPS, so what's being tracked is the VPS, not your personal computer as far as any websites you visit via the VPS.
