How to sell Items on Amazon that others are seling

I see a lot of items being sold on Amazon

by new sellers ( sellers with the Just launch status )
How can I sell these items with these sellers

I don't see the option that says: have one sell,it on Amazon.

in seller central search for the item under add product and list it.

Well I already knew that

My main questions is, I see sellers with the just launch status and some with Awful feed backs selling items that I can tseem to list because there is no option to sell in that category.

Amazon is being a total pain in the butt right now refusing to grant any type of category limitations request. I think they are locking it down in preparation for holiday season. ugh
