Can I use Tor

Hi

I have a amazon account which was recently suspended, can I use Tor on the same computer to work on my other account or will get linked?

Re: Can I use Tor

Lots of protection with Tor, especially with untraceable IP addresses etc. May have the adverse affect with Amazon depending on what they can see and how they monitor...let others chime in first.

Re: Can I use Tor

without deleting cookies or fingerprints I should just download a Virtual Machine? that way there would be no link?

I will use a dongal as well? will this work?

Right.. I agree with the others Tor is big No-No. Same with proxies or heavily abused VPN services.. change your own IP address, setup your own VPN or use a VPS.. there are much better options out there.

Will be detected at once.

Lots of protection with Tor...there is but I didn't relate it to Amazon. If you read on it CLEARLY states, this MAY have an adverse affect with Amazon!

Instead of getting on your high horse, re-read what I said in response to your post.

I chimed in as you asked, FFS.

If you understand what Tor is then you would stay the hell away from it for Amazon/PP/Ebay purposes. You are SHARING IP addresses with anyone from around the world, that includes terrorists, scammers, paedos, etc

Re: Can I use Tor

So long as your bank allows mismatching name deposits.

Amazon will not be able to see the address your bank is registered to or the name the account belongs to.

Re: Can I use Tor

I use TOR and have had no problems running multiple accounts on the same computers. However, it makes you sign in regularly, and also asks security questions every time you change identities. This can get really annoying over time.

What are the dangers of using Tor? Amazon are aware that lots of people use it, and they are aware that is uses shared IPs. Any personal experiences?

I don't use TOR due to recommendations from here - no personal experiences, I just havent had the desire to experiment with it
