new amazon acct idea. Prevent link up

Hi everyone , I have 1 Amazon account using. And I want to create one more.

My setup are :

Same Modem->Same Router-> New USB Adapters->New VMWare user

USB adapters I switch out 1 per account.

Everytime I login to 2nd amazon account, I will reboot my router to get a new ip.

Can you please help me and see if this is correct ? Thank you so much !

If the IP on the new account is any way related to your other account, then no.

amazon look for similarities.

IP being similar has the potential for trouble.

What is USB adapters you are refer to?

If you have the ISP provider in place, that dongle should work

Just call it WIFI for easy understand

This would but depend on your ISP.

Are you using DSL or Cable Internet?

New USB wireless not getting new IP for you. You need to find how to change your IP first. You don't need to get a different modem or router.

Do you have a separate modem and router or in combo unit?

I use DSL and the modem and router are separate.I can get a new IP when I reboot my router

If you using a laptop, most laptop have WIFI built-in then don't need this.
If you using a desktop, you may need it.

As long as you reboot your router to get new IP, you can use this same one on a different account

i am using laptop. But if I use this accounts with same router. Amazon will see the router MAC address and get link. right?

No, Amazon can't see it.
Also, you can change your router MAC easy.
Laptop should have Wireless card build-in

No, I'm not sure. And no, I have not try it yet

I really hate this kind of questions. If you don't like the answer or want to make sure, double check it or something. Just quietly do it by search and read around. Don't ask them in their face with this kind of questions
