On the amazon account i am setting up I am using Vmware player which I installed windows 7. but in the amazon ghost manual it says in step 3 to use a vpn, the vmware player is step 1. So when I install the vpn I should do it on my vmware system correct?

To use a vpn you dont need to install software depending on what company your using as the vpn provider, but yes you would setup the vpn on each vmware player if thats what you plan to use.

Yes you set your vnp for each vmWare account so each has unique IP, but this doesnt mean your account is safe. The risk is that if this VPN provider is overused, or already in black list, or this IP is already used before ... this could lead to a deletion of your account and money lost.

Better try to get a dynamic IP provider than using a VPN

@dave, if you are in the US, why not consider dongle or cellphone tethering?

I am setting multiple accounts, to much $$$ to start off to buy 10 cell phones or 10 dongles.

You only need 1 dongle and zero cell phones. The IP is different every time you insert the dongle. Anyway, why 10 accounts, to much hard work and easy to make mistakes.

Exactly - as MICKY stated, you just reset the IP with 1 dongle

It's optional to use a VPN. As others have suggested it may be better to go with a wireless internet dongle instead or even tether to get a new IP address per account. You just have to make sure to keep tabs on your IP address as it changes. Use IPBurger.com to watch your IP address.

it sounds much safer to purchase a fresh static ip! and it's also much cheaper.
