New amazon account checklist please advise
 

Hello again,

So can we all just make this clear? I'm going to try and set up a new stealth account once i have cleared this up after reading the stealth guide. I've chosen to do it this way please can you assist me to if it will actually work or not.

1) I need to make a new user name on the computer just for my Amazon Stealth account

2) I'll be buying a new dongle to make sure the IP address is different

3) I'll remove all mac addresses in the system devise centre

4) I'll install the new dongle onto the laptop

5) I'll then begin to make my account and i'll be using different details address etc and a prepaid gift card

6) I'll list items slow and i will not list the same items as before straight away

7) I'm selling dvds can anyone help me out on how to be a good seller when selling them?

Does this sound okay to you? If not please advise me as to what else i need to do

Don't forget they now also require a genuine passport id &/or driving licence.

They also carry out further checks so a utility bill may also be required.

I hope they never implement this in the US. So they want this information even if you have a business?

I wonder if they been closing categories like they have been in the U.S. , it feels like eventually there won't be much to sell on Amazon so , it won't even matter if they request Further ID , THERE may be no categories left to sell in

Am new to this forum, spent the last few days reading posts (so much valuable info!!). I would like to take a leap of faith and set up my first Amazon stealth account but would appreciate the reassurance of all the gurus.

a) Am using my ipad - cleared all cookies and data and using a new sim card for internet access
b) Have registered a new LLC and intend using the Company's registered address
c) Purchased a VCC with £25 balance on it. (not registered it yet)
d) Have set up a gmail account in the name of the LLC
e) Have an approved Cashplus card for deposits and
f) purchased a new mobile phone + new number.

What is still not clear though is - Can I register the VCC in the Company name and at the Company Registered address or at my real address (banned by Amazon)? The VCC is a Visa Gift Card.

I would appreciate your advise on anything I may have missed out. Thanks

You should register the VVC to the Company Registered address!

Also what address did you use to set up the Company, do u have access to that address?

Is this for amazon us or UK?

When setting up the Company, I used a variation of my name and another address which I can access if I need to (no Amazon customer at the address as far as I know).
It is for Amazon UK.

Make sure there is active funds on the VCC at all times

rsot, I wont be using that card at all.


Is there anything else I should do with the Ipad and internet connection?
I have cleared all cookies and data, have a brand new pay as you go sim card inserted for internet connection and have even downloaded Google Chrome (so I wont be using Safari).
All other documents seems good to go except for the above. Please advise. Thanks

I am not great with reusing of an iPad - I just stick with pc and new user accounts

amazon still try to pull funds from a card if said card is on file.
