Which VPN provider to use?

I'm in the process of creating a stealth account and i'm looking for a safe vpn provider. I know from experience that some of the HMA IPs are flagged so I avoid using it. Can you suggest a reliable VPN provider with a secure software that blocks the internet connection if for some reason the VPN gets disconnected so that Amazon wouldn't get my real IP? Thanks.
