AMZ CC verification - wo/info versus w/info

Hello all,
I read whole Amazon Ghost book and it was great. Here are the question about CC verification, I tried both virtual prepaid card with no info and gift card with info matched with billing address. Those account still got deletion within 24 hours. Please help.

My setting for Amazon Stealth account
VMplayer individual OS for each account
individual 3G wireless broadband cards for each account w/ disable all other internet connection device.

U shouldn't have any info to match with vanilla gift card. Just the zip

Also, what about the address and phone number you are using? What is your method there
