Be careful with this as your then moving in money laundering and involving your wife. The funds can be classed as proceeds of crime. Anyway this is the UK name for it.

Yep totally agree, same rule applies all over the place, I wouldnt put any money in any of your wife's accounts, as she would then been seen as an accomplice, even if she doesn't know what's happening yet :violin:

I have already been in contact with the attorney. She is going to take a good look at the case and get back with me tonight. I also will be talking with my tax guy about how to organize my businesses to pay myself. If I am stuck not being able to use a personal bank account I believe I can pay my self by withdrawing cash and then just paying bills with money orders. Barely slept at all last night, so stressed.

Any information is good info - in my opinion, it is good to learn from your experiences so it's really up to you Kelly.

One important concept for all people to note is that stealth discussed in these forums - while effective - is not protective vs power of subpoena/lawsuit/criminal proceedings...
