Yep totally agree, same rule applies all over the place, I wouldnt put any money in any of your wife's accounts, as she would then been seen as an accomplice, even if she doesn't know what's happening yet

I have already been in contact with the attorney. She is going to take a good look at the case and get back with me tonight. I also will be talking with my tax guy about how to organize my businesses to pay myself. If I am stuck not being able to use a personal bank account I believe I can pay my self by withdrawing cash and then just paying bills with money orders. Barely slept at all last night, so stressed.

Any information is good info - in my opinion, it is good to learn from your experiences so it's really up to you Kelly.

One important concept for all people to note is that stealth discussed in these forums - while effective - is not protective vs power of subpoena/lawsuit/criminal proceedings...
